Late 1979 or early 1980, the name "The Spurts" was dropped. Ralph, Paul and Perry became The School Bullies. Dave continued with The Sickies. Paul played with many other bands such as The Cards, The Rubies, Bobo, early Depeche Mode and a stint with Alf Moyet. Perry went on to The Cure.
